Please note that, according to US federal law, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is brand new or defective. Any returned underwear will be disposed of.

Return Policy

You can return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact support@silkcutunderwear.com for return authorization and be prepared to cover the return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace the item at no charge. All returns must be authorized beforehand, or the shipment will be rejected.
